The Ten Hotel $50,000 Dream Wedding Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ten Hotel, located at 6161 W Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL 60031 (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Giveaway is open to couples who meet ALL of the following requirements:
Employees, officers, and directors of Ten Hotel, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on February 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 7, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
To enter the Giveaway, eligible couples must complete and submit the official entry form at https://thetengurnee.com/wedding-giveaway/ during the Entry Period. The entry form requires the following information:
Limit: One (1) entry per couple. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same couple, email address, or household will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that couple, email address, or household.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Limit: One (1) entry per couple. There are no bonus entries. Sharing the Giveaway on social media does not increase your chances of winning, but entrants are highly encouraged to share with friends and family.
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted live at the Ten Hotel Bridal Expo on March 8, 2026 at the Ten Hotel Grand Ballroom.
The random drawing will be conducted by a Ten Hotel representative. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
THE WINNER MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE TEN HOTEL BRIDAL EXPO ON MARCH 8, 2026, AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. At least one partner from the winning couple must be present at the event at the time the winner is announced.
If the selected entrant is not present at the time of the drawing:
The Bridal Expo is free to attend for all contest entrants. Entrants are responsible for their own transportation to the event.
The potential winner will be announced live at the Bridal Expo and must present valid government-issued photo identification for both partners to verify identity and eligibility. If only one partner is present, that partner must present identification for themselves and provide identification for the absent partner within seventy-two (72) hours.
The potential winner will be required to sign and return the following documents within seventy-two (72) hours of notification:
If the potential winner fails to sign and return the required documents within seventy-two (72) hours, or if any document is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a Dream Wedding Package at the Ten Hotel Grand Ballroom with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). The prize package includes:
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including but not limited to income taxes, associated with the receipt and use of the prize. The prize value will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on Form 1099-MISC. The winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number and complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize.
Estimated tax liability: Based on the ARV of $50,000, the winner should consult a tax professional to understand potential tax obligations, which may be significant.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notice.
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Lake County, Illinois]; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (d) these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://thetengurnee.com/privacy-notice/. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules. Sponsor may also use entrant information to send marketing communications related to Ten Hotel services. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Entrant information will not be sold to or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor’s control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.
