My wife and I stayed at the Ten for 5 nights and had a great time. Amazing service from everybody, indoor pool, great breakfast restaurant and bar. “Limoncello” has amazing breakfast and “Twylas Lounge” has a great atmosphere plus 2 golf simulator bays with comfortable seating. Extra shout out to Yolanda, Stephanie, and Caitlin for going out of their way to make us feel great. Definitely would stay again.

This past weekend I stayed here for a mini staycation for my family as a little getaway before returning from Christmas break. I was beyond impressed with our stay- 10/10 across the board!! We had dinner at Tyla Lounge, and the menu alone would be a reason I go back as I had such a hard time choosing from that menu. They have the best options I have ever seen a hotel restaurant to have and the portions are enough to share- the salad for one was enough for our party of 6 to share! The great meal did not stop there, for breakfast we ate at limoncello and another amazing meal, our waitress overheard us talking about a birthday and the staff came out with the biggest ice cream sundae along with flaming candle singing!!!! I am so glad we stayed there and I was honestly sad to leave, whoever is behind the renovation of that space- they know what they are doing!!! The Ten Gurnee is a hidden gem and I will definitely be coming back!!!

Had a girls weekend there this month and have to say it was awesome. It is very evident all the work that is being done to make this hotel/conference center shine. The ownership was visible and present! The service was outstanding. I especially want to say every employee was going above and beyond but especially appreciate the following individuals that I had direct contact with on a number of occasions during our time there: Jason, Sarah, Stephanie and Chris you rock!
