Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Ten Hotel & Convention Center, we value every guest and client who chooses us for their stay or special event. To provide fairness and transparency, while also ensuring our ability to serve all guests at the highest level, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies.
Hotel Guestrooms
- Flexible Cancellations: Standard reservations may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours prior to check-in without penalty.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival, or failure to check in, will result in a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
- Advance Purchase Rates: Promotional or prepaid reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. These discounted rates are offered in exchange for a firm booking commitment.
Events, Meetings & Catering
- Deposits: A 25% deposit of the contracted food and beverage minimum is required at booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Final Payment: All balances must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the event.
- Cancellations: If cancellation occurs after the deposit has been made, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled event are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
Private Parties & Weddings
- Deposit Requirement: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. This deposit is applied toward the final balance.
- Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply based on the terms of the signed event or wedding contract.
Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: administrative fees, credit card processing fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
