Purchases through our Web Services may be subject to additional terms. You agree to provide accurate payment information and are responsible for all transactions on your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid accounts or misuse.
Links provided through our Web Services may direct you to unaffiliated websites. We are not responsible for their content or your experience on them.

The Web Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
The Ten Hotel Gurnee is not responsible for damages caused by use of the Web Services, including loss of data or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ten Hotel Gurnee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Web Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Ten Hotel Gurnee, its affiliates, and employees from claims resulting from your use of the Web Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration with JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will occur in Lake County, Illinois unless otherwise agreed.
You may only bring claims in your individual capacity. You waive any right to participate in class actions or mass arbitrations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Accessing the Web Services from outside the U.S. is at your own risk and subject to local laws.
Use of mobile apps or location data is at your own risk. Carrier rates may apply.
By accessing via Apple or Google devices, you acknowledge their respective terms apply and that they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and The Ten Hotel Gurnee.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
No waiver is implied by failure to enforce rights.
You and The Ten are independent entities.
