Bring your team together around a holiday project that reflects your business, or make the Festival of Trees a new tradition with family and friends. Corporate and private sponsors are welcome to choose either tree size.

Decorating and Judging
Trees will be in place and available for decorating starting Friday, November 20, 2026. All decorating must be completed by Friday, December 4, 2026. Gala judging takes place on December 6, 2026, for gala representatives only. Public voting opens after December 6 and continues throughout the rest of December. The winner will receive dinner for six.
How to Sponsor a Tree
Choose your sponsorship.
Select Level 1 for a 9-foot tree at $1,000 or Level 2 for a 12-foot tree at $1,500. Both options are available to corporate and private sponsors.
Download and sign the agreement.
Download the sponsorship agreement, complete all required information, and sign it.
Email your signed agreement.
Attach the signed agreement to an email and send it to Christian@khayatenterprises.com. Include your sponsor name and preferred tree size in your message.
Your tree sponsorship can go live.
The event team must receive your signed agreement before your tree sponsorship can be activated.
A downloaded agreement or an email without the signed attachment does not complete your sponsorship registration.

Who can sponsor a tree?
Businesses, individuals, and families are welcome. Corporate and private sponsors may choose either sponsorship level.
Do I need to sign an agreement?
Yes. Every sponsor must complete, sign, and email the sponsorship agreement before their tree sponsorship can go live.
How do I return my agreement?
Email the signed agreement as an attachment to Christian@khayatenterprises.com. Include your sponsor name and preferred tree size.
When does decorating need to be finished?
Trees will be available for decorating starting Friday, November 20, 2026. All trees must be fully decorated by Friday, December 4, 2026.
